1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Restager.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Restager.ai provides AI-powered image staging services for real estate and property photography. Users can upload images, apply transformations, and download enhanced results using a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Paddle
• Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
• 1 credit = 1 new image generation; 0.5 credits = 1 edit/refinement
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, process, or generate:

• Images containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Images that violate intellectual property rights of others
• Images containing personal information of third parties without consent
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Image Storage and Retention

• Uploaded and generated images are stored for up to 1 year
• Images are automatically deleted after 1 year or upon account deletion
• You can request deletion of your images at any time through your account settings
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. Generated images are provided for your use. The Restager.ai platform, including its design, code, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Restager.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
