Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. If you're not satisfied with Restager.ai, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the credit purchase date
  • Credits must be unused or minimally used (we evaluate on a case-by-case basis)
  • Your account must be in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 30 days have passed since the purchase
  • The majority of purchased credits have already been used
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Credits expired due to the 1-year validity period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at daan@restager.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and transaction details
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

5. Refund Processing Time

  • We will review your refund request within 2-3 business days
  • Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where some credits have been used, we may offer a partial refund based on the remaining unused credits. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally to the unused portion.

Example: If you purchased 10 credits for €9 and used 3 credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund of approximately €6.30 (70% of the purchase price).

7. Free Trial Credits

Free trial credits provided upon signup are not eligible for refunds as they were provided at no cost.

8. Credit Expiration

Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for credits that expire due to non-use. We recommend using your credits within the validity period or contacting us if you need assistance.

9. Service Quality Issues

If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with the quality of generated images, please contact us first. We're happy to help troubleshoot issues or provide additional edits before considering a refund request.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Purchases made after changes are subject to the updated policy.
